Quelle est la durée de garantie de ma machine ?

All our machines are covered by a 2 years warranty. See our general terms and conditions for application.

The 2-year legal guarantee applies to the contract with Handpresso. It covers products bought anywhere in the EU.

The warranty also applies for products sold by Handpresso outside the EU, however, the shipping cost for sending the product to our repair center in France is borne by the customer.

If you purchased your machine from a retailer outside France, give priority to contacting the retailer in your country.

 Our after-sales technicians always give priority to repairs and offer you tailored repair packages for out-of-warranty machines.

Our customer services, after-sales service and repair workshop are all part of the company, based in Avon, France.

    We refuse systematic scrapping or programmed obsolescence.

If you purchased your machine from a retailer outside France, please contact the retailer in your country first.
