Since its creation in 2006 by Henrik & Catherine Nielsen, Handpresso has been a gripping and exciting family saga.

Innovator & creator of the first portable espresso machine
- 2007: Handpresso pioneers the portable coffee maker. After numerous attempts, trials and prototypes, Handpresso succeeded in developing its unique technology and registered its first international patents. The portable coffee machine revolution is underway with the launch of a major breakthrough innovation: Handpresso Pump, the first manual espresso machine.
The first coffee machine designed for cars
- 2012: Always a trailblazer, Handpresso made a new revolution by designing the first espresso machine for cars, presented at the Paris Motor Show. This unanimously acclaimed launch allows Handpresso to enter the big league with a first prestigious partnership between Fiat, Lavazza and Handpresso.

Our machines are designed to be repairable:
- All our spare parts are available online.
- Our battery-powered machines are designed with removable and replaceable batteries.
- Our repair workshop is part of the company and based in Avon, France.
- Our after-sales technicians always give priority to repairs and offer you appropriate repair packages.
We reject systematic scrapping and programmed obsolescence.
We offer a reconditioning programme for all our models. These reconditioned models, checked by our after-sales service, are available on our website.
